Paneer Pakora

Ingredients-
  • 125-150 grams paneer(cubes)
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 pinch asafoetida and garam masala (powder)
  • 1/2 tsp carom seed
  • Salt and Water as required     
  • Oil for deep frying


Method -
  1. Heat oil for deep frying in a pan.
  2. Take 1 bowl add 1 cup gram flour, 1 pinch  powder, 1 pinch garam masala (powder), 1 pinch asafoetida, paneer cubes and salt. Pour water as required. Mix well.
  3. Add the coated paneer in medium hot oil and fry it till golden and crisp on medium flame.
  4. Take out the pakoras on the tissue paper.
  5. Now it is ready to serve .
  6. Then serve hot paneer pakoras with tomato sauce.
