Ingredients-
- 125-150 grams paneer(cubes)
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 1 pinch asafoetida and garam masala (powder)
- 1/2 tsp carom seed
- Salt and Water as required
- Oil for deep frying
Method -
- Heat oil for deep frying in a pan.
- Take 1 bowl add 1 cup gram flour, 1 pinch powder, 1 pinch garam masala (powder), 1 pinch asafoetida, paneer cubes and salt. Pour water as required. Mix well.
- Add the coated paneer in medium hot oil and fry it till golden and crisp on medium flame.
- Take out the pakoras on the tissue paper.
- Now it is ready to serve .
- Then serve hot paneer pakoras with tomato sauce.
