Eggless Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Ingredients-
  • Bourbon Biscuits- 240g\2 packs  
  • Eno (Regular)- 1 pack
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Nuts\Choco chips - 1\2 cup

Method-
  1.     In a mixer blender crush all biscuits into a fine powder.
  2.      Take a mixing bowl and empty the biscuit powder into it.
  3.       Now add milk to the powder and give it a good mix .
  4.        Lastly add eno powder to the cake batter and stir it only in one direction.
  5.       Take a greased baking tin and pour the batter into it.
  6.       Now add nuts or choco chips to it and bake it in an oven at 180 degrees centigrade for about 25 minutes.         
  7.       When it is done , check and your yummy cake is ready to serve.
